Main difference
Air cooled stabilizers use air circulation for heat dissipation and are commonly selected for lower to medium capacities or cleaner installation spaces. Oil cooled stabilizers use transformer oil for heat dissipation and are preferred for higher capacities, heavy-duty operation and demanding industrial environments.
When to choose air cooled
Air cooled servo stabilizers are suitable for offices, smaller industrial loads, CNC machines, medical equipment, labs and commercial applications where the load is moderate and ventilation is adequate.
When to choose oil cooled
Oil cooled servo stabilizers are suitable for high-load machinery, continuous factory operation, heavy motor loads and sites where stronger thermal performance is required.
